EOABW is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged item/packages. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim with USPS to be reimbursed.
If your package is not received, but shows delivered, please contact you local USPS.
EOABW is not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If you contact EOABW prior to shipping, your order will be canceled in order for you to submit the order again. This is to protect the customer and ensure fraud is not being committed.
If you place an order with an incorrect address and the package has shipped, and is returned to EOABW, you will be charged a reshipping fee. The original returned package will be sent within 3 business days of receiving your reshipping fee. If you decline to pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item is the property of EOABW, with no refund issued.
